We offer a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will arrange a return or replacement. Items must be in new, unused condition in original packaging.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the damage and we will send a free replacement immediately.

Grind dry white rice 2-3 times in mortars, or rub a small amount of food-grade mineral oil over bowls and boards. This removes any wood residue and prepares the surface.

Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. Never put it in the dishwasher. Dry immediately after washing.

Oil it monthly with food-grade mineral oil to keep the wood conditioned and prevent cracking.

No - as long as you hand wash it and oil it monthly, our solid hardwood pieces will not crack with normal use.

Our mortar and pestle and salad bowl are carved from solid acacia wood, and our charcuterie board is carved from solid North American black walnut. Both are durable, food-safe, and naturally beautiful hardwoods.
