Defective or Damaged Products If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with images or video of the defect within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Shipping Delays By ordering from us, you agree with our posted processing and shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors outside of our control can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping time exceeds normal posted times, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Returns Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please contact us at support@thewoodenfieldcollection.com and we will provide return instructions for your order. Products must be in new condition and include all original packaging. We don't cover return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Sometimes the shipping company will mark tracking as delivered when the package reaches your local post office. These packages are typically delivered the next business day or can be picked up from your local post office. Please keep track of your shipment tracking number sent to you by email.
